When Tara Morawski and her family decided to relocate from Southern California to the Carolinas, she presented a pitch-perfect opportunity to Widtfeldt and Green, the owners of The Green Group; to open Harcourts first office in the Carolinas. With the South being one of the fastest growing real estate markets in the country, and Harcourts desire to expand beyond their west coast and northeast locations, this opportunity made too much sense for both parties to pass up.
“After talking with Chad and Justin about bringing Harcourts with me, we settled on Columbia, South Carolina,” said Morawski. “Because of its central location within the state and its location between North Carolina and Atlanta. We eventually want to grow into both areas over the next few years.” Having sold over $175,000,000 of residential real estate in 2020 and 2021 alone, Tara understands the value of making a connection with her clients. She came to South Carolina not only to grow her business, but to embed herself in the community where she can earn the trust of those around her and become their go-to expert on all their real estate needs. “I could not be more blessed than I am with having the opportunity to partner with Chad and Justin.
